In accordance with Council Procedure 1 - Committee Operations (Section 4(36)), the Vice-Chancellor consulted with the Chair of the Finance and Planning Committee (FPC) to include the University Registrar as a regular or standing attendee on FPC. As a regular or standing attendee, the University Registrar has been added to the attendance section of the committee’s charter (Section 6(10)) to formalise the agreement.
